We just started service with SOCO about a month ago. It’s our first time with them, and our family couldn’t be more pleased! But the real winner for us is the trash guy, Tate! He is so incredibly kind, helpful, and he’s been so fantastic!! He really has gone above and beyond. This is a great company and you can tell by how wonderful their employees are! Here’s to hoping Tate can remain our trash guy for a long time!
Would like to thank Ken for getting our trash today and letting me know that our account was locked but he did take our trash anyway. He knew that my husband has been really sick. I promised to let my husband know and he called the office and caught up out bill as soon as he got home. Please thank him from us for going beyond his job and taking very good care of us! We had a trash removal service that was bought by a larger company and proceeded to decline in their trash and customer service. So we decided to change services and I am SO glad we did. From the minute I started to look into SOCO to the actual implementation of their trash service, I have been thrilled. I called them multiple times with questions and got a live person each time who was kind and patient. The only time I had to leave a message was when they were closed and my call was returned promptly in the morning, again, by a real person. I had gotten a recorded voice so often with my old company, I wasn’t sure they had any live people employed by them!! And on top of outstanding service, they are less expensive! I just could not be happier than I am that I made the switch!!
So happy to have found this trash service. Lived in The Springs for 3 years and went through 3 different companies that provided poor service, bad communication and zero responsibility or desire to take care of customer's concerns. On a recommendation I switched to SOCO over a year ago and have been very pleased. Service goes above and beyond all expectations; thank you JD and John for your extra attention to detail. They are the best! Company consistently provides communication when service is delayed due to weather or other circumstances. If I call the company I get an actual person to pick-up the phone, promptly. If I leave a message, I get a quick response. This company provides excellent customer service and cares about their customers. Colorado Springs has been plagued with disappointing trash service until SOCO started servicing our area. Chad is our driver and he goes above and beyond. My husband and I sometimes forget to put the trash out in the morning or we don't think we have enough so we will skip a week and he comes and gets it from the side of our house and takes it every time without fail. Customer service is amazing. We really appreciate this company
My trash guy Ken is the best always goes out of his way to get the job done
We had to be out of town on our pickup day so while we had our bin full we did not put out our trash bin. Our pickup driver, "Brian" saw we did not have the bin out so he got out of his truck came and emptied our bin, then put it back where we had it. Thanks, Brian.

Switched to SoCo in 2021 and have never been disappointed. Our driver, Tate never leaves debris despite my husband's pyramid of crud he likes to pile on the can. Seriously, other companies allow trash to blow through our culdesac but not Tate. It's very appreciated!

I have been using SOCO since we bought our house and have had amazing experiences with them. There are times I forget to take my trash to the curb and realize when I'm already at work. They have taken my cans down to empty them and brought them back up by my house which is going above and beyond what they should do. I always feel horrible when that happens and would understand if they skip our house on trash day but they haven't. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service.
I had the BEST interaction with SOCO workers yesterday. These men were very professional and some of the kindest people I have met in the industry. When they were picking up my trash, they saw my children (and one of their friends) and absolutely made the kids' day with kind words, fist bumps, friendly horn honks, and letting them sit in the passenger seat for just a second. It was amazing!! I will gladly be customers as long as we are in Colorado.
Soco Waste is the place! Not a cooperation that just wants my money who has poor customer service. I have had nothing but great service from them! I had extra bags of trash and John and Derek on my route took care of it with out any hassle like I've had from previous big Corp companies. Definitely switch or start with soco waste.

John and DJ were awesome. Route changed (timewise) but took the time to notify us and were very helpful with the trash cans. SOCO Waste is definitely setting the bar.
