I work an inconsistent work schedule so taking out the trash almost always slips my mind. Two weeks in a row I’ve forgotten to put the trash out on the curb and kicked myself for it, but both times they just came up my driveway, took my bin, then brought it back up for me! Never had a waste company do this before and I am super grateful!

We missed our regular trash pick up day this week and you guys were kind enough to give us a courtesy pick up this morning. This company is the one all others should strive to emulate. Their customer service is top notch and we've never had a single issue with our pickup service. Their informational emails are always thorough and clear. Their pricing is very competitive. I'm so glad we had to find a new service when WM dropped our area a few years ago, because they were terrible.I can't say enough good things about SOCO Waste. Keep up the great work!

Cedryk has been amazing. On Labor Day we didn’t think the trash was coming due to the holiday and didn’t take the can out. He took it upon him self to come up and get the can. We also just moved into our house and have had many boxes from moving and buying new things. He has always took the abundance of card board boxes stacked near the can. I would highly recommend and appreciate his attention to detail and work ethic

Two years later and the same thing again. SOCO is the best!!!After being out of town for a week, I had no trash to put out today. When the truck came by, and no trashcan out at the curb, the driver (TRAVIS) stopped anyway, got out of the truck and check my can to see if it needed emptying. Thank you Travis for going that little extra effort, it is nice to see somebody who cares to take the time and effort to check on a customer.

My experience with SoCo has been tremendous thanks to Parker. He goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of every Wednesday morning. There are plenty of times I forget to get my cans all the way out to the curb and Parker will always go and get my trash cans. That’s more than expected and but something I greatly appreciate! It was hard to find a good trash service when we moved to COS but SOCO has been amazing! They never miss pickup without a good reason and clear communication. Scott even grabbed our bin once when we forgot to move it to the curb. They good above and beyond for one of the best prices we could find! Wish we found them sooner!

SoCo waste has exceptional customer service (especially Kira, I have worked with her I believe every time I’ve called the company) and extremely affordable pricing in comparison to other providers in my area (south east Colorado Springs / security widefield).My wife and I moved into our house last year around July, and when we contacted all the waste management companies, these guys weren’t only the easiest to get ahold of, but the most affordable with the best additional services. Every trash company in town wanted $100-$200 for us to throw out an old king mattress, and they took it for $60!None of the above is why I’m leaving my review, I’m leaving this 5 star review because they are very transparent and there is no malicious feeling or attempt for money from this company. I had fraudulent activity on a credit card, canceled it and got a new one. I didn’t realize I was paying for my waste management with it, so they emailed me and told me they had to stop service because of neglect of payment. I called them, got it squared away in under 5 minutes and there was no late fee! How awesome is that? They only charged a $1.50 convenience fee when places like the dmv will charge you $3 for a credit card transaction. They are open about it up front! Support a local business and go with SoCo Waste Management.

When we bought our first home in 2021, the previous homeowners had another trash service. To keep things easy and avoid the cost of a bin placement, we stuck with that service.When SoCo came to my attention, I wanted to switch to support local business. It was an added perk that their services were not only less expensive, but also offer weekly recycling collection rather than bi-weekly. It was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made.SoCo Waste and Recycling is consistently on schedule and has never once missed a pickup and their communication is on point - not something I can say for other services.Beyond the timeliness, the drivers are also fantastic. I’ve never once received any gruff for having a second bin or the occasional extra bag outside the bin. Every driver has always been more than wonderful and courteous when we encounter one another, and on more than one occasion when our bins aren’t out - either because we didn’t have a need for pickup or I’d forgotten - they walked up to the house to retrieve them. I’ve even had a driver bring my trash bin from the curb to the house to check the recycling bin when I hadn’t put it out because it was empty.I cannot say enough about SoCo Waste and Recycling Services. I am proud to support them and have them service our community.

Soco waste is incredible! One of my neighbors said they accidentally left their cans up by the house and their driver went a still grabbed it! We were looking for a new company anyway so we decided to give Soco a try… best decision ever!! Our driver, Tyler B, has come up on multiple occasions - which I am so grateful for. Thank you!
