They are nice and unless it snows hard they usually pick up every week. They are pretty lenient on amount and sometimes even bring it back to my garage for me.Thank you guys

Great effort. Our cul-de-sac curbs and sidewalks are being replaced due to the 2C tax effort. Last week both of the recycle and waste trucks took the effort to wind their way through all the piles of concrete to get close enough to where they could roll our carts to the truck and empty them. This week the waste truck could not make it past the construction, so they sent a smaller truck and the two gentlemen rolled our cart all the way around the torn up sidewalk to empty it. This is an effort unheard of in today's lackluster levels of service. Thanks to the company and workers.

New to the area and I made a post asking about peoples favorite waste management co and seems like SOCO Waste is the all time champ around here and I even experienced it myself. Stephanie really set the foundation for my first impression of this business. She was very clear and soft spoken and ensured I understood the whole process prior to finalizing my application. They have plenty of amenities with making sure you have a great experience with them. As always, I will follow up with an update after my military contract here is up.

We use them for our residential waste and recycling pickup and couldn't be happier. Reasonably priced, and great customer service. They even have knocked on our door to remind us to bring our cans to the curb if we forgot!UPDATE: 5 years of trouble free service with ZERO missed pickups!

I have only had SoCo waste for about 2 months now, but I’m telling you the service is incredible. Waste management missed pick ups, wouldn’t grab the can if I forgot to take it to the alley, and they were more expensive. The other day I forgot to take the trash out to the alley, they walked up, grabbed it, emptied it and then put it back where it was. These guys rock! Highly recommend!

First time users of SoCO waste this week and Im extremely impressed. The dumpster’s were great ideal size for our needs and every lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful. The drivers that showed up to drop off and pick up were surprisingly friendly and quick to tend to my requests on where to place the dumpsters. Special shout out to Maurice the driver for being so kind and friendly and willing to do what I asked. Thank you SoCo!!!!!!

Antonio is an asset to your organization. I had a large amount of trash one week. Antonio explained to me that he was only allowed to take one bin and two bags for my service. He came back a few mins later and told me i was in the system twice and that sometimes meant that I was supposed to have two bins. He took the majority of my trash that day giving me some time to call the customer service line to check on my agreement. He was very friendly, professional and helpful and I'm so glad I was able to speak with him that day. Please express my thanks to Antonio. 🙂

We’ve used Soco for a few years now and have had nothing but an excellent experience. I had to call customer service a couple times for bulk pickups with little to no wait. Their staff was always friendly and helpful as well!There’s been a handful of times throughout the years we forgot to put our cans on the street until we heard the truck outside. By the time I opened the door to run out the driver was grabbing our cans and putting them out for us.Another thing I appreciate is the communication! They send emails letting you know the holiday pickup schedule and if there is hazardous winter weather they also let you know when they’re running late!

This was our first time renting a roll off dumpster. We chose the 40 yard model and WOW- is it huge! We are so pleased with the cost, the whole process and integrity of the people we dealt with at SOCO. We especially have to give a huge shout out to the driver Maurice. Maurice came exactly on time, was an expert at handling the machine and depositing the dumpster exactly where it worked best for us. He was kind and courteous and took time to answer all of our questions. ! Thank you Maurice! We will definitely use SOCO again! Great company!!

I’ve always been a fan of soco waste removal. They have one of the best prices in town, their office workers a very kind, and the customer service is unmatched. I forgot to pay my bill and my collector, Jason, knocked on my door let me know I needed to get it paid. He was so nice about it and even took my trash anyway. It gives family owned company vibes with community values. Five stars.

I highly recommend SOCO waste. They have never missed a pickup (even when my alley was blocked and they went around and got it from the other side. Maurice my recycling guy and his helper are super friendly. Preston my waste pick up guy is great too. I never have to pick up over turned cans and they are respectful of my property. Also, the company has great communication around holiday schedules.

Yesterday was a holiday, and I thought that trash would be postponed a day. However, I was mistaken. Rather than just drive by because my cans were up, my recycle driver Everett, stopped and brought both cans down for me while I was at work. Really appreciate that he went above and beyond. I’ve also known Dustin for years and can positively say he’s a hard worker who constantly goes above and beyond for his customers.

He was absolutely awesome delivering our roll-off dumpster, super courteous about everything we had in the driveway and just had the most professional demeanor! Not to mention he took the time to show the truck to my son who is absolutely mesmerized by big trucks! Really appreciate it Darnell, definitely a memory that he will never forget!
