I wanted to send a special Thank you to Elija who went out of his way to pick up my recycling today May 23, 2024. My street was closed off due to a shooting on South Nevada.. Elija parked his truck on Weber Street and got my recycle bin, drug it down the block to empty it and returned it. I really appreciated the extra effort. Thank you very much.

Just a note to say thank you to our trash collection team of Driver Art and Loader Jordan. A small amount of yard waste that was in the trash container spilled out on the street and Jordan took the time to sweep and shovel it up into the truck. We've had various trash providers and their teams over the years and this is the first time any has cleaned-up a spill. We've been with SOCO for about 4 months now and are very happy we switched. Thanks again Art and Jordan.

So I just wanted to take the time to say this is a great company but really want to thank the Awesome roll off driver Daniel . It's rare that I deal with such a professional, courteous, and kind individuals. Daniel had the dumpster dropped perfectly in my tiny drive way in no time at all and was mindful of us having room to walk around the roll off without me even asking needless to say I am very impressed. Great local company! They communicate pickup schedules for holidays. Our driver Jason is great. I limbed a branch from the recent storm, leaving the trunk in the yard behind the bins, as no space remained. Jason went the extra mile and got out and took the limb. Good companies are still doing good business.

SOCO provided absolutely awesome service. Our driver (Bryan) was the best. He took time to come knock on the door on the Mondays that we forgot to put the bin on side of the road. I know he absolutely did not have to do that. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Want to give a big shout out to Dj and John for being some amazing guys. The wind has been pretty crazy these past few weeks and it knocked my can over and trash was all over, the fact that they picked up the trash and the bin and cleaned up around it ment a lot. They did what waste connection never did in the 3 years of service I had with them. Thank you for going above and beyond. Keep up the good work guys!!

I am so grateful to have finally found an excellent waste disposal company! We have tried a few other companies in town and they either get bought out and the service goes by the wayside, or they just flat out don't come half the time. We have been using SOCO now since they first opened, I'd say maybe two or three years ago, and I am very happy with their service! They are professional, on time, and clean up after themselves. They make sure my cans are placed properly and do not leave trash blowing around. Every time I have had to contact the office, they have been excellent as well. We have also used a rolloff from them, and that was a good experience too. I highly recommend SOCO Waste!

I had just switched over from another local company who was bought out by a bigger company with horrendous service. I am extremely pleased with SOCO. The lady who I spoke with was incredibly helpful and setup service even though no one else has their service on our street. They delivered the cans this morning (1 business day) in high winds and walked it to a place near my garage where they wouldn't blow down, waving as he left. I am so impressed by this company. Everyone should switch over.

I had a great experience with SOCO. I ordered a roll off bin for a week to get rid of a lot of yard debris we had, the service and communication were great. I called for an ETA on drop off and pickup, and she was very friendly. The man who dropped the bin off, I believe his name was Darnell? He was great. I told him I have dogs and he made it his personal mission to ensure he was placing the bin in a way that I could baracade it off so my dogs could still be loose in my backyard. Super friendly as well. The man who picked up was quick and friendly as well. A very great experience. Thank you.

We just started service with SOCO about a month ago. It’s our first time with them, and our family couldn’t be more pleased! But the real winner for us is the trash guy, Tate! He is so incredibly kind, helpful, and he’s been so fantastic!! He really has gone above and beyond. This is a great company and you can tell by how wonderful their employees are! Here’s to hoping Tate can remain our trash guy for a long time!

We had a trash removal service that was bought by a larger company and proceeded to decline in their trash and customer service. So we decided to change services and I am SO glad we did. From the minute I started to look into SOCO to the actual implementation of their trash service, I have been thrilled. I called them multiple times with questions and got a live person each time who was kind and patient. The only time I had to leave a message was when they were closed and my call was returned promptly in the morning, again, by a real person. I had gotten a recorded voice so often with my old company, I wasn’t sure they had any live people employed by them!! And on top of outstanding service, they are less expensive! I just could not be happier than I am that I made the switch!!

Lived in The Springs for 3 years and went through 3 different companies that provided poor service, bad communication and zero responsibility or desire to take care of customer's concerns. On a recommendation I switched to SOCO over a year ago and have been very pleased. Service goes above and beyond all expectations; thank you JD and John for your extra attention to detail. They are the best! Company consistently provides communication when service is delayed due to weather or other circumstances. If I call the company I get an actual person to pick-up the phone, promptly. If I leave a message, I get a quick response. This company provides excellent customer service and cares about their customers. Colorado Springs has been plagued with disappointing trash service until SOCO started servicing our area. Am thankful to have found this company. Finally, service I can rely on.Thank you SOCO😀

Chad is our driver and he goes above and beyond. My husband and I sometimes forget to put the trash out in the morning or we don't think we have enough so we will skip a week and he comes and gets it from the side of our house and takes it every time without fail. Customer service is amazing. We really appreciate this company

We had to be out of town on our pickup day so while we had our bin full we did not put out our trash bin. Our pickup driver, "Brian" saw we did not have the bin out so he got out of his truck came and emptied our bin, then put it back where we had it. Thanks, Brian.

Switched to SoCo in 2021 and have never been disappointed. Our driver, Tate never leaves debris despite my husband's pyramid of crud he likes to pile on the can. Seriously, other companies allow trash to blow through our culdesac but not Tate. It's very appreciated!

I have been using SOCO since we bought our house and have had amazing experiences with them. There are times I forget to take my trash to the curb and realize when I'm already at work. They have taken my cans down to empty them and brought them back up by my house which is going above and beyond what they should do. I always feel horrible when that happens and would understand if they skip our house on trash day but they haven't. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service.

I had the BEST interaction with SOCO workers yesterday. These men were very professional and some of the kindest people I have met in the industry. When they were picking up my trash, they saw my children (and one of their friends) and absolutely made the kids' day with kind words, fist bumps, friendly horn honks, and letting them sit in the passenger seat for just a second. It was amazing!! I will gladly be customers as long as we are in Colorado.

Soco Waste is the place! Not a cooperation that just wants my money who has poor customer service. I have had nothing but great service from them! I had extra bags of trash and John and Derek on my route took care of it with out any hassle like I've had from previous big Corp companies. Definitely switch or start with soco waste.
