Couldn't be happier with our SOCO waste service. They offer consistently Superior Service and Excellent Value for the money. A rarity in these times. Always communicative, helpful and on-point. Byron in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure all our trash/recycling removal needs are met with a smile, taking responsibility for any items occasionally left behind by the other trucks. Our trash collector is Tate. We accidentally overloaded our bin this morning so that when the mechanical arm lifted the can it made a bit of a mess. Tate stopped and cleaned up the mess for which we were responsible. Very much appreciated. Great trash service.

Switched to Soco from another company that regularly had missed pick ups and rate increases with no notice, and have had no issues so far. The prior company always left broken glass on the street from not fully/properly emptying the recycle too, and that has not been an issue with Soco either. Give them a chance to provide a far better experience than the major chains in town.

I completely forgot to take out my trash bins. Then I seen Byron, the recycle driver, come up my drive and pull both my trash and recycle bins down to the curve. He could have just drove on by and not thought twice. I truly appreciate Byron and his excellent customer service!

It's ridiculous how amazing SoCo Waste is. I've never had such amazing customer service from any company. We have two trash bins and recycling for weekly pick up and have use roll offs dumpsters a few times. Service and communication are always 100%. We've been a customer about the years now.Its in the moments when I have a request, that I can get a live, caring person on the phone, right away, that rant sets them apart.I forgot to get the bins out this morning, and they just came by. I called customer service and their doubling back for me. This is so greatly appreciated. You guys are amazing.

I just joined Soco Waste about 2 weeks ago after having been a Waste Management customer for 5 years. I forgot to get my trash can to the curb last night for pickup this morning but Taylor, my route driver, went out of his way to take my trash can to the curb and empty it. Taylor did more than expected and I can honestly say after 5 years with another trash company not once did they go out of their way to help me out whe I missed getting the cans to the curb, not once. Not only is Soco Waste more affordable than WM they are a much better company employing people like Taylor who care about the customer and their specific needs- thank you Taylor!

Firstly, this review is long overdue, I thought I had already posted one. Hands down the best waste company I have ever had. Pickup is never missed, payment increases are minimal and the customer service is a delight to deal with. I see a few scattered poor reviews for cost raises, I can tell those people have never used a company like Waste Management who raises their rates insane amounts quarterly. Best company for waste and recycling period.

John serves us down in Security. SoCo Waste is the best trash service we have ever had. They communicate the alternate schedule for holidays. Whenever I call, they are kind and helpful. They are so much better than the large waste management companies I have used in the past. SoCo Waste provides a courtesy when I forget the hopper, John will bring it to the curb. Other companies would not provide this service. I rarely forget, but on that rare occasion, my trash still gets picked up.

I am so impressed with SOCO waste. Today I put several large tree branches in my trash can hoping they be picked up. All the branches didn't fit and I had a large pile in my front yard that I was going to take to the landfill. Instead of only grabbing my trash can, SOCO waste employees even grabbed all the branches out of my yard. Wow! Thank you SOCO waste for training some awesome employees!

We have been using this company for 2 months and we are very pleased to have chosen them. They are always punctual and have not missed one day. Also very convenient that they take care of both our trash and recycling. Anytime I call with a question they are happy to help. They offer automatic payments, online payments and they have communicated through email regarding holiday pick up and information in a timely manner. All around a great company.When we first moved in they hauled our large extra boxes for two weeks making our move so much easier. It's great to support a local business and we gladly recommend them.
