I am so impressed with SOCO waste. Today I put several large tree branches in my trash can hoping they be picked up. All the branches didn't fit and I had a large pile in my front yard that I was going to take to the landfill. Instead of only grabbing my trash can, SOCO waste employees even grabbed all the branches out of my yard. Wow! Thank you SOCO waste for training some awesome employees!

We have been using this company for 2 months and we are very pleased to have chosen them. They are always punctual and have not missed one day. Also very convenient that they take care of both our trash and recycling. Anytime I call with a question they are happy to help. They offer automatic payments, online payments and they have communicated through email regarding holiday pick up and information in a timely manner. All around a great company.When we first moved in they hauled our large extra boxes for two weeks making our move so much easier. It's great to support a local business and we gladly recommend them.

I can't thank everyone at SoCo Waste! I transfered my service with Republic before we moved from Briargate to Bel Mor, and Republic did NOT PICK UP MY GARBAGE for two weeks! I chatted with a wonderful rep at SoCo, filled out my info online and they came and picked up two weeks of garbage, including all of our move in stuff on the date and time they said they would. Everyone I have spoken to is friendly, professional and funny! We are no longer the "new people with all of the trash" in our neighborhood! Thank you SOCO!

We have SOCO for our residential pickup and I cannot rave about them enough. Great price, great customer service and our pickup guy Chad always goes above and beyond. We've also gotten roll-offs from them before and it's always the best experience.Highly recommend them!!

I was very pleased with Johnny and Tyler. Since I have a disability it is sometimes difficult for me to maneuver the can to the curb. They jumped in and took care of my weekly trash pickup since I had a very full trashcan. They even rolled my empty trashcan back up to the side of the house!

I switched to SOCO after having several bad experiences with my trash removal service I'd had for 20 years. I was getting over charged and spending a lot of time on the phone hashing out my bill every time I received one. After getting fed up I gave SOCO a try. I liked that they are local and more invested in our neighborhood's. They have treated me like GOLD!! I had one question about a bill and in the process of discussing it with the kind person who took my call, found out that the discrepancy was my fault not theirs at all. She was so patient to answer my questions and even though the discrepancy was on my end and not theirs, my bill was still credited and arrangements made to help me out with the service I needed. Thank you SOCO for ending my trash removal nightmare! I appreciate the excellent customer service and the respect I'm always treated with!

What exceptional service! If you are tired of your waist company and the subpar customer service then I highly encourage you to switch to Soco waste. They are always a joy to speak with and handle any trash needs that you may have with excellence. Gabriel and Taylor my recycling and garbage service collectors are so kind and hard-working. Do yourself a favor and don’t choose anybody else for your trash and recycling needs!

Just wanted to shoutout and say thanks to John and Mike who service my neighborhood - they are awesome! Sometimes I forget to put the bin at the curb and it's always a pleasant surprise to find they've picked it up anyway. It's also incredibly helpful when I'm away for work (often!) to know it'll still get picked up. I've never had an opinion about my trash service before, but they're really the best.

These people are great. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service, drivers, and anyone in between. They are always on time and any questions about delays are instantly answered by the office staff.I accidentally had some trash that wasn’t emptied out all the way recently (probably my fault for packing it too tight), they responded in a graceful matter and my trash was taken out the next morning, they went out of their way to do that. Very much so appreciative of this company for their values and hard work!

I love this company! Today my trash man AND recycling guy brought my cans back to the house! I realize that adds extra time to their schedules, and isn't a requirement, but it was SO appreciated! I certainly don't expect them to do that, but today I had just gotten home from the Orthopedic doctor for a hand injury, and this small action really made my day! Eric was our trash man today. I'm not sure who thr recycling guy was, BUTTHANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING AWESOME!!

I called SoCo waste yesterday to rent a roll off for some annual cleaning purge & this morning it was delivered bright & early. Travis called to let me know he was on the way with it. Less than 1/2 hr he was here & gone. Very professional, nice gentleman. They are definitely on top of stuff not wasting any time. I also priced out residential service & decided to change also. I don’t like change BUT SoCo has made this so easy & quick. Residential can was delivered this morning too. I’m so impressed the pricing is literally 1/2 the price of their competitor that I’ve had service with for 12 yrs that has Increased pricing over & over again. Every time I call them to ask about increase & new fees they can’t change anything. Well I called to cancel and NOW they want to discount my account $40 down to $80 dollars quarterly and SoCo waste still beats that pricing. I’m so excited to be saving money & working with a waste provider that is on top of their stuff. Quick delivery, cheaper pricing, customer service lady’s have been so kind, helpful, & informative with any questions I’ve had. Thanks SoCo waste I look forward to a long service relationship with you.
