What great customer service! We forgot to put our trash can out after the Christmas holiday and expected to wait an additional week with an overflowing bin. John came up to the house and emptied it for us. Service above and beyond, we are so thankful!

Ken is the driver for my neighborhood/trash service cycle, and he and his partner have been wonderful this fall! I have been gone a few times on my trash pickup day, and they take the extra steps to grab my dumpster anyway, even rolling it back up toward my garage! Today, they took a pretty heavy rug I’d dragged out to the kerb though I wondered if it might be too big. Thanks to Ken!!

My local driver Ken..yes I know his name...is great! I've accidently forgot to pull the can to curb a couple times. They've actually gone up to house to get it. It definitely above and beyond. Have had nothing but a good experience. Good customer service is unfortunately hard to come by nowadays and needs to be recognized!
